# Success of the Rocky Reach Hydroelectric Project

The Rocky Reach Hydroelectric Project has been a beacon of hope for the conservation of young Chinook salmon. In the spring of the previous year, an unprecedented success was recorded:

• Over 93% of the young Chinook salmon safely passed through the Rocky Reach Hydroelectric Project. * This marks the most successful survival study in the 21-year history of the Rocky Reach Habitat Conservation Plan.
